Bespoke Portfolio Service

Our Bespoke Portfolio Service is designed for private clients who want a fully bespoke investment portfolio designed to reflect their specific individual requirements. The service is available to those with at least $500,000 to invest.

Clients are assigned a dedicated investment manager who will work closely with them and their adviser to create a portfolio that matches their exact needs. To achieve this, they will consider a broad range of investments from a number of asset classes and geographies.

The investment manager, supported by an expert team, will actively manage the client’s portfolio in line with our centralised investment process. They will also meet with the client and/or their adviser on a regular basis and if the client’s objectives change, the portfolio will be altered to take this into account.

Both the client and their professional adviser are able to review the performance of their portfolio online. In addition, at the end of each quarter the client will receive a valuation of the portfolio, a performance report, a transaction schedule and an income and capital statement.

Our bespoke portfolios can be held in a variety of tax wrappers or as a private open-ended investment company.

AIM Portfolio Service

Our AIM Portfolio Service provides actively managed portfolios of between 25 and 30 companies that are members of the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM). Certain AIM investments offer inheritance tax benefits through the UK’s Business Property Relief regime and our AIM Portfolio Service focuses on investing in these companies. The service is available to clients with at least £100,000 to invest.

This service is provided by Kingfisher Paragon Ltd

Our updated terms now include a provision (10.3) that only non-complex instruments can be purchased within a Kingfisher Paragon Execution only account. This includes most shares, UK gilt-edged securities, corporate bonds and regulated collective investment schemes. We have also clarified (14.7 (d)) that prices shown in valuation statements are not necessarily valued on a daily basis and that prices shown in valuation statements or accessed online are indications only and may be subject to change.
